How buying and selling an account through WOSCONTROL actually works — plainly, before you use it.

Effective: August 12, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what actually happens when you buy or sell an account through the WOSCONTROL marketplace — what we do, what we don't, and what you're taking on by using it.

WOSCONTROL is the middleman

Every sale on this marketplace goes through us — buyer and seller never deal with each other directly. When you buy, you pay WOSCONTROL, not the seller, and we hold that payment: nothing is released to the seller until we've personally confirmed the account has changed hands. If it never does — if the seller doesn't hand the account over — your payment is never released, and we refund it. Once we've confirmed the handover, we hold the funds for a short additional period to catch anything that goes wrong, then release the payment to the seller.

We keep 20%

On every completed sale, WOSCONTROL retains 20% of the price when funds are released; the seller receives the remaining 80%. That commission pays for everything above it: verified listings, a payment that is actually held, a handover we personally confirm before releasing it, and somewhere to turn if a deal goes wrong.

Bank transfer only — no card, no chargebacks

Payment moves as a manual bank transfer, confirmed by hand on our side. We don't accept card payments on this marketplace, on purpose: a card payment can be disputed and reversed after an account has already changed hands, and that kind of dispute would land on the same payment account that runs our subscription business. A bank transfer can't be charged back — that protects the marketplace, and everything else we run.

A deal made outside WOSCONTROL has none of this

Everything above — held funds, a handover we confirm, somewhere to appeal to — only applies to deals made through WOSCONTROL. If a buyer and seller trade contact details and settle a price between themselves, we are not part of that transaction and can't do anything if it goes wrong. Keep the deal on the platform; it's the only version of this we can actually protect.

Verification proves control of the mailbox, not ownership

Store verification proves one thing: whoever verified could read that account's in-game mailbox at that moment. It does not prove they are the account's rightful owner — someone who has stolen an account passes this exact same check. If Century Games later restores a sold account to its original owner through their own support process, WOSCONTROL's part in that sale ends at handover. We can't reverse a decision Century Games makes about who owns an account, and we can't promise a buyer will keep it forever.

Account trading sits outside Century Games' own rules

Century Games licenses your account to you for your own, non-commercial use — buying and selling accounts falls outside that license, for both the buyer and the seller. That's a real risk you take on by using this marketplace, and we won't call this page "secure" without saying so plainly. Using WOSCONTROL protects your payment — nothing is released until we've confirmed the handover, and you're refunded if the seller never delivers — but that protection doesn't cover this risk, which sits with both of you regardless of where you make the deal.
